Our Fulfilment Centre is working to pick, pack and fulfil your Baltoro order as quickly as possible. Your order can take up to 1 business day to process. Once processing is complete, you'll receive an email confirmation that your order has shipped along with a tracking number.

 

We know how important prompt delivery is to our customers. That is why we’ve made special arrangements for express delivery at no additional costs to you.

UNITED STATES SHIPMENTS (3-5 DAYS EXPRESS DELIVERY)

We provide 3-5 days Express Delivery to continental United States (excluding weekends and holidays). This means that most of our clients will receive their order within 3-5 Business Days depending on when the order was placed.

Please note that orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, and PO boxes do not qualify for express delivery options.

 

CANADA SHIPMENTS (7-15 DAY STANDARD FREE DELIVERY or 3-5 DAY EXPRESS DELIVERY)

Our fellow Canadians can also order directly from our online store, with the same standard as our United States shipments including free shipping!

Typically, cross border orders would include customs or duties fees, but don’t worry, we have you covered. No hidden charges, all customs and duties fees are on us!

All Canadian orders are shipped with free 7-15 business day delivery.

We also offer Express Delivery to our Canadian customers offer 3-5 Business day delivery for an express fee of $15 USD.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Unfortunately, Baltoro does not currently ship internationally outside of the United States and Canada.
